1085 access road from Ochsner/LLOG site?

With the zoning approval given to LLOG last week, there was apparently some fuzzy commitment to "an access road from the Ochsner site northwest to 1085" as a safety valve for the incredible crush of traffic in this area already. Does anyone including Mr Schoen know of the planned access, are rights of way and property acquired or is this just another afterthought used that will never come to pass in the interest of getting more density at that jumbled intersection. And by the way, adding more access lanes from the I-12 will only make the choking worse. St Pauls is almost inaccessible in the AM for those of us S of I-12

The Association of Associations, representing the residents and subdivisions
in the Hwy 21 corridor, has invited Parish officials and staff to come to
our meeting Wednesday night to tell us about the planned infrastructure
improvements in the general area and the timetable. This is a public
meeting , so even if you are not a member of the Association of
Associations, you may attend. Meeting information is:

6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 9, 2007 at the Bayou de Zaire Lodge & Conference
Center, 149 Hwy 1077, Madisonville.

Directions -
>From 1077 / 21 junction, the entrance is 4/10 of a mile North on the left.
>From 1077 / I-12 junction, the entrance is 2.5 miles South on the right.
There is a narrow gravel driveway with two brick columns flanked by wood
fencing. This is the only drive with brick columns in the area.
Once you've turned into the entrance, drive to the right past the yellow
house in the front, and on past the pond. Bayou de Zaire Center is at the
end of the gravel drive, about 1/10 mile from the entrance of the property.
I expect a large turnout for this meeting, so park courteously and carefully
as the parking area is small.

1085 access road from Ochsner/LLOG site?

Can someone explain to me why more roadway access into and out of Covington would create a negative impact?
